Aristotelis Xalakatevakis, Attorney-at-Law, admitted before the Supreme Court, member of the Athens Bar Association since 2004, is a co-founding partner of the Law Firm "Magriplis-Xalakatevakis and Associates". A graduate of Leonteios Lyceum and Democritus University of Thrace, he is fluent in French. He has extensive experience in the fields of Civil, Banking and Financial Law & Enforcement , as well as in the management of non-performing loans and general debts, claims from any cause, either for protection and defence or for securing or enforcement. He has developed a wide and significant activity in this field and specializes in negotiations for out-of-court settlement , providing legal support in transactions and legal advice, while working closely with the main systemic banks, all financial institutions of the Greek market as well as energy and fuel companies, commercial companies, private entrepreneurs - consumers, farmers and generally all kinds of debtors - lenders who want dynamic, rapid and quality legal support and representation.

Georgios Magriplis, Attorney-at-Law, is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2017, has completed his studies at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master II: «Droit penal et sciences criminelles» in Criminal Law from the University of Aix-Marseille and a LLM in Sociology and Philosophy of Law from the Law School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has an excellent knowledge of English and French and specializes in the fields of Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Banking Law, with experience in litigation and consultancy. He has been working with the firm since 2016.

Evmoria Vergi, Attorney-at-Law , is a graduate of the Athens School of Law, has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1999 and has excellent knowledge of English, German and Spanish. Since 2007 she has been continuously collaborating with our Firm, offering valuable legal services in the areas of debt enforcement, collection through enforcement, as well as in areas such as Property law, Land Registry Law and Family Law. In addition, she is a member of the Land Registry Appeals Committee, offering expertise in out-of-court dispute resolution cases.

Magdalini Tektonidou, Attorney-at-Law, is a graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace and is fluent in English and French. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2022 and has been working with our Firm since September 2022. Her professional career focuses mainly on the areas of Civil, Banking and Commercial Law and Law of Enforcement.

Daphni Papadimitriou, Attorney-at-Law, is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds an LL.M. in International and European Energy Law from the Democritus University of Thrace. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2017 and has been working with our firm since December 2023. She has excellent knowledge of English and specializes in Civil, Commercial, Banking and Bankruptcy Law, while providing valuable legal guidance both in court and on an advisory level, specializing in Enforcement Law, Legal Due Diligence procedures, wholesale portfolios management and in special handling cases.

Venetia Exarchakou, Attorney-at-Law, is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has been working with our Firm since March 2023. She has excellent knowledge of English and specializes in the fields of Property Law, Banking Law and Enforcement Law, offering professional and specialized legal solutions.

Lambrini Daflou, Attorney-at-Law, is a graduate of the Law Department of the School of Law, Economics and Political Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and has been working with the Firm since May 2023. Irina Averina, Attorney-at-Law, is of russian origin and accredited translator. Graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens she has been working with the firm since 2023 continuously proving her skills in the fields of Civil Law having developed significant experience in various areas of legal practice as well as in the field of enforcement.
